  • Introduction:

    This Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions related to the cancellation of subscriptions and services offered by Skodefy Technologies Private Limited (“Skodefy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our school management software and related services through www.skodefy.com, you agree to abide by this policy.

  • Cancellation by User:

    • You may request to cancel your subscription or service by emailing us at [email protected].
    • Cancellations must be requested at least one month before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.
    • Cancellation requests received after the billing cycle has started will be processed for the next cycle. No mid-cycle refunds are provided.
  • Effective Date of Cancellation:

    The cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the services until the cancellation takes effect.

  • Cancellation of One-Time Services:

    • For one-time services such as training, setup, or custom development, cancellation is only permitted before the service has been delivered.
    • Once the service has started or been delivered, no cancellation or refund is allowed.
  • Auto-Renewal:

    Subscriptions may be automatically renewed at the end of the term unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription settings or contacting us for cancellation.

  • No Partial Refunds:

    Once a billing cycle has started, no partial or prorated refunds will be issued even if the service is not used or accessed after cancellation is requested.

  • Cancellation by Skodefy:

    We reserve the right to cancel your subscription or account under the following conditions:

    • Violation of our Terms of Use or any applicable law.
    • Non-payment or delayed payment for services.
    • Suspected misuse, fraud, or abuse of our platform.

    In such cases, we may terminate access to your account without further liability or refund.

  • Data Retention After Cancellation:

    Upon cancellation, your data will be retained on our servers for up to 30 days. During this time, you may request a backup/export of your data. After 30 days, we will delete the data permanently from our systems.

  • Reactivation:

    If you decide to reactivate your subscription, you may contact us. We will try to restore your data (if still available) and reinstate services, subject to any applicable fees.

  • Modifications:

    Skodefy reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
