  • Introduction:

    This Refund Policy governs the refund process for purchases made through Skodefy Technologies Private Limited ("Skodefy," "we," "us," or "our"). Skodefy provides School Management Software as a Service (SaaS) to educational institutions via www.skodefy.com. By using our software or purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

  • Services Covered:

    This policy applies to all subscription-based services, premium features, setup charges, onboarding, training, and customization packages offered by Skodefy.

  • Eligibility for Refund:

    • Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.
    • A refund will be considered if:
      • The software was not delivered or activated.
      • The service was not as promised, and you report the issue within the first 7 days.
      • There was a duplicate or incorrect billing transaction.
  • Non-Refundable Services:

    • One-time setup or installation charges.
    • Training, onboarding, and consultation fees.
    • Custom development work or integrations as per school requirement.
    • License renewals or part-used subscriptions.
    • Payments made via third-party resellers (in such cases, contact them directly).
  • Cancellation and Subscription Policy:

    You may cancel your subscription anytime by notifying us through email. However:

    • Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
    • No refunds are issued for unused or remaining days in the current billing cycle.
  • Refund Request Procedure:

    • Email your refund request to [email protected].
    • Include your registered email, invoice number, transaction date, and reason for requesting the refund.
    • We may request supporting evidence, such as screenshots or technical logs.
    • Requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Processing Time:

    Approved refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take up to 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.

  • Exceptions:

    • No refunds are processed after 7 days from the date of payment.
    • Partial refunds are not allowed for discounted bundles or offers.
    • Skodefy reserves the right to deny a refund request if it suspects misuse, abuse, or fraud.
  • Dispute Resolution:

    In the event of a billing dispute, you agree to first contact us to resolve the issue. If unresolved, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

  • Changes to this Policy:

    Skodefy reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
